Leading law firm, Ashfords LLP, is delighted to announce the appointment of Kirstin Cook as a Partner in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Team, in its Taunton office. Previously Head of the UK Tax, Wealth Planning and Succession Team at Foot Anstey LLP, Kirstin’s appointment strengthens the firm’s private client offering.
Kirstin has over 20 years’ extensive experience in advising clients on wills, trusts, estate administration, tax planning and in providing elderly client advice. She has acted for a diverse range of clients including private individuals, business owners and farmers.
Kirstin joined Foot Anstey from a large commercial firm in the North-East of England where she was Partner and Head of Department. She is also a member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
