Tom Hawes, a Junior Manager at Albert Goodman, has been advising clients on the Xero Cloud Accounting software since 2011, when he was fully trained on the new software. As one of only ten global “Xero Community Heroes”, Tom is the only expert within the region – supporting Albert Goodman in being at the forefront of the industry. The award recognises Tom as one of the most active advisors in helping small businesses solve problems using Xero online accounting software, and highlights his commitment to passing on his skills and knowledge to benefit other staff, clients and the local community.
