Barclays Eagle Labs have launched a new Eagle Labs Academy, funded by the UK Government and designed to support start-ups and scale-ups.
The academy is a digital learning platform to help founders start and scale their business. It provides help and support to give anyone, including non-Barclays clients, access to entrepreneurship and investment-readiness training, wherever they are in the UK. 
This applies to both founders right at the start of their journey all the way up to those trying to scale.
There are long-form insights and bite-size lessons available which have been designed to offer practical, actionable insights with learning at a pace that suits.
The academy covers many aspects of starting and running a business, from how to find and hire the best people, to how to raise finance.
Insights are provided on how to develop a business plan, right up to considering when is the right time to scale.
More content and modules will be added all the time, allowing participants to continually learn and develop as their business scales and grows.
