The annual Somerset Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting is being held on Wednesday 21 November.
This year the AGM will be hosted at a new venue; the Cooper Associates County Ground. This will be the first AGM hosted by newly appointed CEO, Stephen Henagulph. Last year, over 60 businesses attended the event, and this year, Stephen will be following the familiar format of networking, updating guests on the last 12 months of Chamber activity and plans for the future, as well as voting in new Board Members and hearing from our Guest Speaker, which will be announced in the next couple of weeks.
Stephen Henagulph said, “As the new CEO, I am pleased to be able to invite our members and the wider business community to our AGM. The normal AGM activities will be covered in the formal process, which will contain business points including a presentation, submission of our annual accounts, and election of new Chamber board members. Equally important for me is the opportunity to meet with our membership and the Somerset business community.”
