Somerset Chamber of Commerce have an exciting opportunity to join their Marketing function as a Marketing and Engagement Administrator on a contract basis. Reporting into our Marketing and Communications Supervisor, you will be assisting with creating and publishing news content from our members to promote both their activities and raise the profile of our work across the region.
You will be updating website news, creating content for our Twitter and LinkedIn accounts and speaking to members to pro-actively generate good news stories.
You will also be required to contribute to general administrative tasks in conjunction with all departments within the business, so the candidate must be an articulate and confident communicator by email and phone and will have great creative ability.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience or an educational background within a Marketing function. We are a friendly, energetic and proactive team so this will suit a person who thrives in a changing, dynamic environment.
