We provide specialist advice and are market leaders in planning for sport (strategies, feasibility studies and planning proposals) and the development of Neighbourhood Plans (planning strategies for the local, community level of planning which carry real ”weight” in the planning system).

Stuart Todd Associates Ltd. was established by Director, Stuart Todd, in 2012. Our office base is in Wellington, Somerset (co-located with the Somerset Activity & Sports Partnership (SASP) and a number of sports governing bodies), with good accessibility to the south-west and south of England. As the sole consultant in the company, Stuart is able to provide personalised attention to clients’ requirements, control of projects from start to finish and consistency in producing high quality outputs.

Stuart is an accomplished planning professional and chartered town planner with 25 years’ experience, having worked at local, county and regional tiers of the public sector and as an independent consultant since 2010. He is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI), served on the South West RTPI Regional Management Board as Joint Honorary Secretary (2012-2015) and is also a member of the Town and Country Planning Association (TCPA).
