Who we are: Auxilium HR Solutions Ltd is a growing team of HR Consultants (aka the A-Team) providing HR, Recruitment, and Training solutions with a flexible approach to HR service delivery, tailored to suit your specific business need. We provide affordable, down to earth HR and people management advice when you need us from our bases in Yeovil, Shaftesbury and Poole.

Auxilium is a Latin word for ‘Help, Assistance, Aid’ and sums up perfectly how we see our HR services. We’re here, by your side, when you need us. We are also a multi award winning team.

The A-Team has a wealth of HR knowledge and experience, built over many years of partnering with all types and sizes of businesses from sole traders to large national and international businesses.

We are passionate about bringing those decades of experience we have in the team to businesses who don’t need a full time HR Business Partner but want to build a relationship with a named contact who gets to know their business and their people.
