During this workshop, Stuart Martin, founder of business consultancy Ethical Sales Pro, will show you how to attract your ideal clients and customers to do business with you. How to differentiate yourself in a competitive market and how to win business for the long term.

The introduction will cover moving away from selling a product or service to focus on the consumer, instead. The workshop will then examine the Buying Process Model, which will form the basis of the following six activities:

*Post purchase dissonance
Sales has been at the heart of Stuart’s career for more than 30 years. His experience and expertise have been gained in automotive retail management. He has held Head of Business roles with BMW, MINI and Jaguar retailers and a Franchise Director role with Skoda. During this time, he won several national awards for sales and customer service.
Through his experience Stuart recognised creating ethical behaviours and actions within a business benefits your customers, your staff and leads to long term growth. After taking a sabbatical year in 2020, Stuart started Ethical Sales Pro in 2021 to provide training and consultancy to businesses and professions that want strategies to attract their ideal clients to transact with them, whilst inspiring their staff to reach their full potential.
Stuart is a qualified coach and mentor and a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (MInstLM). He has an eye for detail in marketing campaigns, sales processes and the customer experience across both client acquisition and retention disciplines and is always keen to create environments of joined up thinking and customer friendly styles.
Ethical Sales Pro provides consultancy to businesses in designing strategies to gain and retain valuable clients and customers for the long-term. While providing training to enable staff and teams to translate strategies into day-to-day actions on the ground, meaning your actions speak as loud as your words.
