How to foster creativity with ADPR
One of the most common myths surrounding creativity is that it’s a skill you either possess or you don’t. However, when you strip it back, being creative is simply about having the ability to bring something valuable into the world.
Every person, every industry and every business has the ability to be creative, and if your job involves problem solving or innovating, the chances are you’re already harnessing huge amounts of creativity without even realising it.
Finding ways to build creative thinking into your daily routine can bring huge benefits to your business. This workshop will focus on how to ensure creative thinking is at the forefront of your business and help you develop new ideas, even when you don’t think you can.

The training workshop will be delivered by Jenny Walford and Beki Sharman.
Jenny is a highly seasoned communications professional who plays a vital role in getting to the heart of a brand, their purpose, the project, and its objectives. Her experience spans a variety of sectors including sport and leisure, technology, FMCG, home interest, consumer finance, film, TV, gaming and education. Having worked on both sides of the fence, in-house and within an agency, Jenny is a master of campaign development, interpreting briefs and understanding exactly what clients need, their internal pressures and how to help them reach their business and communication goals. Creative to the core, she is always brimming with ideas on how to devise and deliver strategies and campaigns targeting a wide range of audiences with diverse challenges that stand out from the crowd.
Best known for her bags of energy, oodles of enthusiasm and expert multi-tasking, Beki uses her infectious drive to manage and deliver highly successful, innovative communications campaigns across a broad range of clients and sectors. Her experience spans the outdoor and marine sectors, alongside consumer lifestyle, health and wellbeing, luxury and B2B professional services. Understanding that no two clients or campaigns are the same, Beki thrives on applying her wide marketing skill set and ideas to every new challenge. A confident and talented communicator, Beki is a pro at building strong relationships and delivering key brand messages. She is a great motivator for her colleagues and clients and supports her teams to deliver time and time again.
