This workshop is aimed at small to medium business owners, who will learn the key to improving business performance, maximising efficiency and increasing profit.
Attendees will understand that they need to take a strategic view of the business in order to realise its full potential and that working on the business instead of in the business is paramount.
The training workshop will be delivered by Laura Day of Laurel Finance.
Laura will help you get more from your business, whether that is more time, more money or more mind freedom.
The workshop will include:
Looking at your business like you never have before and be challenged to adapt
Gaining clarity on where you can add value to your business
Learning how to be a better leader and create a strong workplace culture
Discovering how to measure and maximise business efficiency
Learning how these changes impact your profit and cashflow
Defining the first three actions you'll take
It will also cover 10 steps to reach the business' full potential. Working out where the business is now and where you can add value to the business at each step. Plus, seven key areas in your business that you can influence as well as strategies to adopt for growth and improvement.
Attendees will come away with a copy of the slides as well as their own notes.
Laura's sole aim is to ensure that businesses are working for their owners, and not the other way round. A career spanning accountancy practice as well as several industry roles means she has a solid understanding of business processes, reporting and strategic decision-making. Laura brings this wealth of knowledge to every conversation combined with a smile and a proactive personality.
