Join this roundtable for health & social care employers and shape the future of education and skills training provided in Somerset.
This event, part of the Somerset Skills Forum initiative, aims to connect employers and industry professionals with senior representatives from Somerset’s education providers to collaboratively tackle skills gaps.
With recruitment and raising awareness of careers in health and social care continuing to be a priority for employers and educators, this discussion facilitated by Somerset Chamber, will share good practice and ideas for industry and education to collaborate further.
Attendees will be employer representatives at manager level within health and social care organisations, with those attending responsible for attracting, retaining and developing the workforce.
