This workshop will be delivered by Matt Ballard, Training Manager at Cosmic. Matt Ballard, Training Manager at Cosmic.


Matt has successfully managed numerous funded digital skills training programmes for Cosmic over the past eight years. As Training Manager he is actively involved in the development and delivery of new training modules, including AI.
He has developed and delivered prompt engineering training to over 100 individuals from SMEs through workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions.
He brings a deep understanding of AI technologies and practical applications, helping individuals and organisations to develop valuable skills to leverage AI effectively.
