Neurodiversity Training – Building Inclusive Workplace Cultures

Inclusive workplaces don’t just happen—they’re built. This interactive training is designed for employers, managers, colleagues and HR professionals who want to understand neurodiversity and create environments where everyone can thrive.

Delivered by an experienced neurodiversity and supported employment specialist with lived experience, this session blends real-world insight with practical strategies. You’ll explore what neurodiversity means in the workplace, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia and more, and learn how to implement simple, effective adjustments that foster inclusion.
