Harnessing internal communications to grow your business, February 2022

Want to develop an internal communication strategy that helps you work more collaboratively?

The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed the workplace and accelerated trends – such as remote working and digital collaboration – at lightning speed. The pandemic has also led business leaders to realise that their companies can't thrive without a knowledgeable and engaged workforce.

Whatever size your business is, effective internal communication is the lifeblood of an organisation and directly contributes to the profitability and success of your company. Getting it wrong will almost certainly have a negative impact on your business.

In this training workshop, ADPR – communications experts – will work with you to devise an effective internal communications strategy that harnesses the strength of your team.
We will cover:

Articulating your purpose Conducting an internal communications audit Setting internal communications objectives Segmenting your internal audiences Message definition and creation Communication channel selection Content creation Consistency in communication wherever your workforce are based Measuring engagement

Giving you the tools you need to create your own internal communications strategy that shares your vision with your team and brings them on the journey, working collaboratively and effectively to deliver it.

Following the event, delegates will receive the session's presentation and a worksheet template for creating your own internal communications strategy with ease.

The training workshop will be delivered by Jenny Walford

Jenny is ADPR’s Associate Director. From winning new business with innovative, creative proposals, to executing them with exemplary implementation skills, Jenny is a highly seasoned communications professional who plays a vital role in getting to the heart of a brand, their purpose, the project and its objectives.
