Exclusive tour Harry's Cider

This bespoke behind –the-scenes tour of Harry’s Cider will give delegates an insight into the history of Harry’s Cider, learn the process of making cider in the cidery and take a walk through the orchard. Attendees will also sample the award-winning ciders and limited-edition bottle fermented cider, accompanied by local cheddar, sourdough bread and crackers. There will be a non-alcoholic alternative apple juice available. Each delegate will receive a branded glass to take home at the end of the tour.

The guided tour will take approximately 90 minutes, with an opportunity to network, and ask questions over refreshments.

The event will be held outside, weather permitting and sturdy footwear is advised for walking in the orchard.

There is ample parking on site.

Harry’s Cider is produced by Harry and Toby Fry on their family farm in Long Sutton. It is a family business with its roots firmly in Somerset – five generations of Harry’s family, on both sides, have worked in agriculture in Somerset, all within 30 miles of where they are today. Harry and his son Toby are the farmers, growers, producers, and processors of all their ciders, giving total control over the end product.

The finance, overseas sales and marketing areas of the business are managed by Alison, who founded the business alongside Harry in 2012. With the brand now firmly established in the South West, the team at Harry’s Cider are looking forward to continued growth across their full range of ciders, with the introduction of a new, limited edition bottle-fermented “fine cider” due to be released to the trade in late 2024.

Harry’s Cider has won a number of prestigious awards over recent years including CAMRA National Gold Award for their traditional medium “Scrummage” cider in the penultimate year of holding the competition, and Supreme Champion at the British Cider Championships.
