Course sessions: Digital Vision and Strategy – Key drivers for transformation, and organisational direction Growing your business – Introduction to key digital tools to help grow your business, including digital marketing Productivity & Processes – Utilising enabling technologies to improve productivity, processes and introduction to simple automation tools. Cosmic will help you to develop a strategic understanding of how digital can grow your business, improve productivity and streamline processes. Three sessions, one per week over three consecutive weeks, 9.30am – 1.30pm, online. 1:1 mentoring to help you focus on a specific project.

Must be located and operate its business activities within the Heart of the Southwest Local Enterprise Partnership area of Somerset, Devon, Plymouth or Torbay Employ fewer than 250 employees Have received less than £325,000 in subsidy in the last three years Conduct business in one of the following sectors: Manufacturing, Health and Adult Social Care Clean Growth (Businesses and organisations working towards Net Zero and Carbon Reduction, with policies in place, and/or working within networks working towards those goals)
