Join us on Thursday 5 February 2026, for our popular construction specific networking group for construction and property industry professionals.
We are delighted to welcome Gilbert-Ash, the contractor leading delivery of the new Epic technology office campus in North Somerset—one of the most significant developments the region has seen in recent years.
Epic, a major US technology firm, will become the largest private sector employer in the UK with the campus accommodating 2,000 employees. The development will also include a 2,500 seat-conference centre near Long Ashton, marking a major investment in the local economy and built environment.
Gilbert-Ash are actively seeking to engage with the local construction community, creating real opportunities for supply chain partners, contractors, and specialists to be involved in this landmark project. Joining them will be representatives from North Somerset Council and Weston College offering valuable insight into planning, skills development, and how local businesses and learners can connect with current and future opportunities arising from the project.
This is a unique opportunity to hear first-hand about a transformative development, understand upcoming procurement opportunities, and network with key stakeholders shaping the future of construction and employment in North Somerset.
With thanks to our event sponsors, Fhoss
